Dorky Park proudly presents #resist, an open-air evening of performances conceived and brought to life by the dancers of Constanza Macras / Dorky Park and their guests. Set within the unique landscape of Berlin’s Floating University, the event invites audiences to immerse themselves in a vibrant multiverse of diverse dance expressions – each offering a poetic, humorous, or defiant response to the challenges of our time.
The concept of #resist draws inspiration from the social media posts of New York–based celebrity Pilates teacher, dancer, and choreographer Erico Villanueva, who captures small moments of personal resistance with wit and style. Through gestures of fashion, attitude, and discipline against the oppression of the political climate, these moments become daily acts of creativity and survival.
