HOSPITANZ IM BEREICH KOSTÜMDESIGN (m/w/d)

Die internationale Tanz- und Theaterkompanie Constanza Macras│DorkyPark mit Sitz in Berlin sucht Unterstützung für eine Hospitanz im Bereich Kostümdesign (m/w/d). Die Hospitanz läuft für 12 Wochen zwischen dem 02.04.2024 und dem 19.09.2024. Die Stelle ist unvergütet.

Für die neue Produktion von Constanza Macras, die im September 2024 in der Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz uraufgeführt wird, unterstützt Du die Kostümbildnerin und Kostümbildnerassistent:in bei der Umsetzung aller notwendigen Tätigkeiten in verschiedenen Kommunikations- und Projektebenen und Arbeitsabläufen und leistest mit Deiner Sachkenntnis, Deinen organisatorischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Erfolg der Kompanie.

Zeitplan:

02.04.2024 – 06.04.2024: Beginn der Proben in Rummelsburg
15.04.2024 – 14.06.2024: Proben in Rummelsburg
27.06.2024 – 05.07.2024: Proben in Rummelsburg
03.09.2024 – 18.09.2024: Bühnenproben in der Volksbühne
19.09.2024: Premiere

Aufgaben:

– Produktionsdokumentation (Arbeitsvorbereitung, Kostümlisten, Anprobenfotos)
– Betreuung der Probenkostüme
– Organisation von Anproben
– Kommunikation mit Regie und Künstler:innen
– Bei Bedarf vorstellungsrelevante Reparaturarbeiten an den Kostümen

Anforderungen:

– Fachliche und praktische Kenntnisse im Nähen und Schneidern
– Zuverlässigkeit und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
– Gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
– Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft mit Engagement uns als Teil unserer Kompanie zu unterstützen
– Fähigkeit zu selbstständiger und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeit

INTERNSHIP: COSTUME DESIGN (m/f/d)

The international dance and theater company Constanza Macras│DorkyPark, based in Berlin, is looking for support in the area of costume design (m/f/d). The internship runs for 12 weeks between 02.04.2024 and 19.09.2024. The position is unpaid.

For a new production by Constanza Macras which will be premiered this September at Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, you will support the costume designer and costume designer assistant in the implementation of all necessary activities in various communication and project levels and work processes and make an important contribution to the success of the company with your expertise, organizational and communication skills.

Schedule:

Tasks:

– Production documentation (work preparation, costume lists, fitting photos)
– Supervision of the rehearsal costumes
– Organization of fittings
– Communication with the director and artists
– If necessary, performance-related repair work on the costumes

Requirements:

– Practical knowledge of sewing and tailoring
– Reliability and a sense of responsibility
– Good knowledge of English, German is a plus
– Ability to work in a team and willingness to support us with commitment as part of our company
– Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
